Unoptimized Carbine 7 = ~1.4 to ~1.8 mil crits/ Global mods make weapon choice & Strikers irrelevant

Notice the extremely high damage now possible on long range weapons? This is due to three Global Modifiers... Point Blank (Passive), By the Teeth (Passive), and Reversal (Active). An unoptimized Carbine 7 can now inflict 1.4 to 1.8 million damage on critical hits with less than 50 Striker stacks.

When overall weapon damage is this high, does it even matter which weapon does more damage than another?
