You asked, Should I be CONCERNED about HIGH LDL-CHOLESTEROL on CARNIVORE? HIGH LDL-C can be a problem for someone who is NOT METABOLICALLY HEALTHY! For someone with a good triglyceride to HDL ratio with a good BMI and all the other markers of good metabolic health, the latest thinking is that LDL levels are not relevant as markers for heart disease risk. Don't just take my word for it, watch Dr.Ken Berry, Dr.Anthony Chaffee, and Dr. Shawn Baker videos on the subject. Also David Diamond and Malcolm Kendrick are great sources as well.
