Autumn and now winter. Time flies and it's been such a long time since I made a video because of how busy life has gotten. This led me to remind myself to take a deep breath, pause, and slow things down. Life, like a good meal, should be enjoyed, taken in small bites and savored.

STEPS:
1 - Focus on hearing the rhythmic steps on the soft leaves as they pad the soles. Imagine yourself walking through the forest, taking in the crisp cool air, smelling the woody scents mixed with the scent of recent rain. Go slow, take your time.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
