on 7/20/23, Officers Responded to a Call of a Drunk Woman knocking on doors asking people to borrow a Phone charger. after the Police talk to the woman they realize that she had had countless charges for public intoxication and 3 OWI's. the officers realize that she is too much of a liability to go home and could possibly injure herself or others.
