Finland passed out 5 million pamphlets on surviving a nuclear attack. Hope it's not too late for Trump Dream team to get in and try to get it resolved. Putin doubled down on his nuke threat and in fact rewrote Russian rules on tactical use of Nukes. Sent us a warning shot "across the bow" with that newest nuke capable IRBM. American boots are on the ground teaching Ukranians how to operate the new missiles we just gave them and they haven't had time to learn so our teachers probably had to target and fire them 120 miles into Russia.
