Why Does Jesus Have a God? Sam Shamoun

The Quran and Hadiths paint Islam as a religion where submission to Allah means following a god who is distant and unapproachable, unlike the Christian God who came down as Jesus to be with us, to know our struggles and pains. While the Quran says in Surah 2:255 that Allah is unlike anything we can comprehend or relate to, this robs followers of a personal relationship with God. In contrast, the Bible tells us in John 1:14 that "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us." - Jesus came to live among us, to understand us. And in John 17:3, Jesus prays for us to know the Father, "Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent." - Here, knowing God personally is synonymous with eternal life.

Why follow a religion where the deity is so detached? Wake up Muslims, come to Jesus Christ, The Way, the Truth, and the Life, your only hope and salvation!
