Petition rights are constitutional - Copyhold rights that farmers hold are also key rights!

Petitions are a constitutional mechanism for addressing governance issues. Tonight, I’ll be discussing this petition in the context of constitutional principles and ALSO "copyhold" rights. Historically, farmers had significant land rights, but were these rights truly removed by the British government, or is there more to the story?
