Trump Transition Team Put On Hold

Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act of 2022 was amended in 2022 with Trump in mind and to cause him problems. Because of the amendment if Trump signs the agreement before the hurdles the amendment creates are overcome it could create additional problems for Trump and the transition.
