Making a Monster

So what creates the villain in a heroic story? The origin story depends on the perspective from which story is being told. Now think about you. How did you become who you are today? Your origin story doesn’t have a dramatic or fancy upbringing. Most have traumatic circumstances that cause you to seek therapy. That is the normality of most people. Ultimately, the monster within either hides in the shadows or becomes center stage. All depends on perspective.
