This is the response made by Supervisor Kennedy, Chair, to the Cease and Desist Letter served to each of the BOS and the County ROV and Council a few weeks prior.

It is unprecedented that a Supervisor respond in public in this manner during public comment on off Agenda Items. Watch as the Supervisor tries to justify the Boards decisions that are unconstitutional and unlawful. Here is a copy of the Cease and Desist letter that was served.
