We Need A Property Tax Revolution

The property tax is as immoral as taxes come. It recurs every year. It exists in perpetuity. It punishes home ownership. It means you only ever hope to rent from the government. It attacks those most vulnerable. And it bases itself on unrealized gains.

What's more, everything it funds - predominantly schools, but also local services - could easily be paid for via the private sector.

It's time to abolish property taxes.
