Leaving Facebook, Part 1

There may not be a Part 2, but for now we will leave the Title as is.

On November 23, 2024 my husband and I received the terms of service from Meta in our email: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/preview.

This brought about some questions and concerns, as it has for most users.

…we’ve made the decision to leave Facebook, and delete all photos and content attached to our Facebook accounts.

This decision was both an easy one and a difficult one and in this one hour audio broadcast, we discuss why we came to that decision.

After a nearly 20 year run, we will be deleting ourselves and anything affiliated with us, off Facebook as of December 31, 2024.
