Pip, our green iguana, loves sitting on top of the backdoor gate, as it gives him an elevated view of the entire area. Green iguanas, especially the younger ones, love their high places, as iguanas naturally live in tree tops. the higher they can get, the happier they are, so don't be too surprised if yours is constantly looking up, or climbing things they're not supposed too.
