This is a past vid on single player mode.

ATM I'm playing on a server now. I hate the spawn cycles. I chose Lost Island map. For longest time there was nothing spawning in except turtles, dilos, and parasaurs. I got over confident. That is what Ark does to you.

I caught a low level iguandon him and me were buddies. Going everywhere collecting mats. I was bored of mat collection. Started get gates crafted. Decided to change up from always collecting the mats I would go in the back woods and pick up some backup iguandons.

Suddenly every bug and raptor spawned in. And it got dark. So thought next day I'll go back. More boring node collecting. More boring smelting. Better tools then bam every dam rex and carno and fifty more raptors spawn in.

Griefed. Then pc froze. Can't get back in server keeps saying I'm already in server. Get in finally. Only my shoulder pet is alive fighting the entire ark by itself. Had whistle passive on it, dimorph, get it stop attacking the world. Chased by a red carno my dim aggroed. In the water. Out water. Back in water. Run run run.

I got the dim home but the violent critters are invading. May have accidentally whistled passive on my guard turtles they were not fighting a raptor. Had enough logged out.

So I think after being back on a server I'm not up for the challenge. I hate the spawn cycles of ark they never give a solo player a second to breath. It goes from nothing happening to too much happening all at once. Then your pc crashes and your pets die. Think I'll go back into single player where I have the advantage of a slower spawn more time to get gates up.
