Joe diGenova: Progressives think they own the Justice Department

Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova says the left believes what it wants to believe and is governed by one standard: “Change the rules. If you don’t like what’s happening, change the rules. Eliminate the filibuster. Add to the Supreme Court. Let’s get more justices that believe the way we do. This is an incredible abuse of our constitutional system. The progressives have gone absolutely nuts.”
