I came across this NEGLECTED property after my friend gave me a tip off. I drove by and right as I pulled up to go knock on the door, he was getting out of his car. I asked if I could clean up his yard and mow his overgrown grass for him. He asked how much I would charge for it and was absolutely stunned when I told him I would do it for free! His reaction afterwards was even better, so be sure to stay until the very end to see it... 🙃
