Putin arrives in Astana on state visit

Russian President Vladimir Putin is arriving in the capital of Kazakhstan on a state visit on Wednesday, November 27

The president is scheduled to hold talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and participate in a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
