Getting closer to zero emissions.

In 2020 Governor Gretchen Whitmer set a difficult goal of reaching net zero
carbon emissions in 25 years. Tuesday, the MI SUCCESS Coalition held a
roundtable to push a package of bills that could help reach that goal. Coalition
members say if the bipartisan legislation is enacted, it will position Michigan as a leader in environmental protection, job creation and economic growth through the use of cutting-edge carbon capture and storage technology. David Barr for Michigan News Source.
