Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake:
Preheat Oven to 350°

Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Gingersnaps
1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
[ Mix well, press into pie plate.
-Bake 10 Minutes. ]

Cheese Cake Filling:
16 Oz Softened Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
[ Beat together until smooth. ]

3 Eggs, Room Temperature
[ Beat in 1 at a time,
-reserve 1 cup batter. ]
----------
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Allspice
[ Beat in, mix well. Pour into crust.
-Spoon reserved batter in dollops on top, use a spoon to slightly mix in vertical up and swipe motion to swirl.
Bake 55 Minutes. Chill 4 hrs. ]
