The parent company of ABC News, which produces and owns ‘The View’, is now under growing pressure to take the program starring Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Anna Navarro, and Sunny Houstin among others, OFF THE AIR. Piers Morgan is the latest to join Trish Regan in the call to remove the show. In a new column, Piers argues for the program to be shelved. Trish Regan, meanwhile, is going one step further: Disney needs to take a page out of Comcast’s book and sell the network. It’s best for shareholders, she explains.
