J. D. VANCE, U S MARINE, Be Advised: "Can't means Won't"

J.D. Vance, U.S. Marine enlistee, your oath of enlistment and enlistment contract are forever intertwined, and as a result you are still an enlistee of the Armed Forces of the United States, and you will remain so until congress ends the war. (See Legion Act of 2019). I'll remind you now of your contractual duty to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and I demand you do so now.

Telling me you can't only means you won't, making you part of the problem instead of the solution. However, let me say I am in joyful expectation of your best work, and await news of its results. Go make enlistees proud.

1.) According to the Geneva Conventions and DoD Law of War Manual all members of the military must be issued an I.D. with specific information such as Surname and First Name..

It also requires the Date of Birth (D.O.B.).

J.D., the military I.D. issued today, does not have a D.O.B. on it, and is therefor unconstitutional as it violates the requirement of a Treaty the United States is a signatory on.

2.) Donald John Trump, must execute the oath in Article II of the Constitution exactly as prescribed, no deviations are authorized:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

He cannot add his name or So Help Me God as he did in 2017

“I, A. B. do solemnly swear or affirm (as the case may be) that I will support the Constitution of the United States.”

You cannot use a middle initial name/false identity, and you cannot say "So Help Me God" .. the same being a religious petition/prayer.

The oath you took to be a Senator has the religious test "So Help Me God" proving you took an unconstitutional oath and then merely assumed power instead of that power being bestowed under the constitution. The United States does not have a Congress because the individuals elected to the office failed to qualify; so stop pretending, and capture the insurrectionist.

Go file charges and specifications under the UCJM for Fraud against the United States , or conspiracy, or a host of other Court-martial offenses.

4.) Every veteran is required to have a military identification card, and when you get them for us, we can file "charges and specifications" under the UCMJ against corrupt public servants of local offices displaying gold fringed flag of the United States.
