can someone help me get rid of Squatters?

to LVMPD I'm Calling out a Recruit - Adrian Hurston, who has taken advantage of mom for years, not paying #rent SUMMERLIN LAS VEGAS and #ghosting us, in connection with Barbara Young who keep giving us bad checks. I can't sell the place because they ghosting Agent request to show!
