What ISKCON said about the expelled Chinmoy

General Secretary of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Charu Chandra Das Brakshamchari said that the work and speech of the expelled Chinmoy Krishna Das are solely his own. ISKCON will not take responsibility for this.

He said this at a press conference held at Swami Bagh Ashram in the capital on Thursday.

Charu Chandra Das Brahmachari said ISKCON has no involvement in India's comments or position regarding Chinmoy Krishna Das. ISKCON is not responsible for what any person in any country does or says about Chinmoy.

He also said that falsehood is going on to implicate ISKCON in the killing of Chittagong's lawyer unfairly. Also, ISKCON is not responsible for road accidents.

Earlier on November 25 around 4:30 pm, Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari was arrested from the capital's airport area by Dhaka Metropolitan Detective (DB) Police.
