Moon-Moo 5th Dan Grading Pattern Board Breaking Sequence (One Legging Bending Stance 4 boards Side Piercing Kick, Slow Reverse Turning Kick, Flying Knife-Hand Strike)

I chose this sequence out of one of my grading patterns to demonstrate short range explosive power generation, control, and to truly honour this beautiful pattern designed by General Choi Hong Hi.
