OCP LIVE w/ Bobby Cleveland

Executive Director Bobby Cleveland represents the OCP Members.

Today on OCP Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey will discuss the unbelievable numbers of deaths occurring in the last two weeks. The Department claims they have reduced SIR ‘s by 52%. Based on reports of violence in the last few months and their own Board Meeting report showing medical cost up 2 million it’s safe to say a 52% decrease in violence is lie and more of DOC fuzzy math. It is also our understanding the Board also reported 100 employees had left the Department. This comes on the hills of the Department claiming to have an 80% retention rate for employees. It appears the Director is caught in another lie and more fuzzy math. Bob was recently confronted with a member who fells like OCP is no longer effective and asked the question, What does OCP do for their members? Bob and JJ will address why every employee should be a member of OCP.
