Field Artillery Regiment Fires HIMARS Alongside Romanian Allies

A M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System launches missiles into the Black Sea, alongside Romanian allies during Exercise Rapid Falcon. This is the first time a HIMARS has launched into the Black Sea.
