The AUTHORITIES declared it a THREAT to PUBLIC SAFETY after the owner passed away

I got a tip off email saying that one of the homes on their street is in dire need of my help. She sent me some pictures of it and I went to go see it the next day. Turns out that the owner passed away a couple years ago and nothing has happened with the home. The city posted a note on the front door deeming it a threat to public safety. Well, that isn't going to stop me from making this home look better for the entire neighborhood!
