The neighbors CONTACTED ME after REPORTING it to the CITY over 5 times

After calling the city 5 times, the neighbors didn't know what to do. Luckily, one of their daughters is a big fan of my videos and saw a post I put out saying I was in the area. They sent me pictures and I immediately came the next day to help.
