SCS EPISODE 147. REWIND

Due to a FoI response, I have to come back to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal and present more information about at least 5 of the people that sit within this ‘Tribunal’.

It does then raise questions about the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary due diligence and monitoring processes, on account of the lack of independence and impartiality in particular, which then leads to failures of integrity.

We need to audit the ‘Judges’.
