Hurricane Helene - Targeted By Weather Manipulation

This is a very touchy subject but once you see all the information you will be questioning this also. Hurricane Helene looks to have been STEERED into the Coast of Florida. The term "Land Grab" sits very well with this situation. What are the chances we have not only a major hurricane rapidly intensify after it was said to only be a CAT1, then become a major CAT 4 storm that rips through Florida only to STALL over the largest Lithium deposits we have in the US? Once you realize how significant of a situation this is, it'll be hard to ever think otherwise. Just last September a $90 million contract was granted to the Pentagon to begin mining powder lithium from that exact area. Now they can do it without ANY permission!
