D2 - November 27, 2024, Bayburt, Turkey
Record-breaking snowfall in Bayburt over the past 6–7 years. Roads in the city were blocked, and residents tried to free cars trapped in snowdrifts. Schools were closed. The snow cover reached a thickness of 80 centimeters.

D3 - November 27, 2024, South Korea
Following a severe snowstorm in South Korea, at least three people died, many were injured, and power outages occurred, while more than 100 flights were canceled. Over 24 centimeters of snow fell in Seoul and Gangwon. The snowfall in the capital was the largest single-day accumulation in November since the start of modern meteorological records in 1907.

Historic snowfall hit the northeastern province of Heilongjiang on the morning of Tuesday, November 26. The city of Hegang was particularly hard-hit, recording the highest November snowfall in the country. By Wednesday, snow in some areas was nearly half a meter deep.

Since 1995, there has been a significant increase in atmospheric moisture over the ocean. The same year, notable geodynamic processes were observed within the Earth, including changes such as a 3.5-fold increase in the speed of the north magnetic pole's movement, a shift in the planet's rotational axis, and an increase in the Earth's rotational speed. Additionally, the frequency and intensity of ocean-floor earthquakes and deep-focus earthquakes have risen. Consequently, rising ocean water temperatures and evaporation are linked both to anthropogenic factors and mantle magma upwelling, affecting ocean water temperature and circulation.
