US President-Elect Donald Trump has picked US Army Veteran Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg to be the Special Envoy to Ukraine. Kellogg has been tasked with bringing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table.
