VTEC vs the speed limit

The fun part is that the Honda doesn’t always win but we do always hear it. The mixture of VTEC, the exhaust on those things, and the culture of many of those with little Hondas sees many hearing them going full tilt in the middle of the night, they most definitely sound like it.
