Flax Seeds: 20 g
Pumpkin Seeds: 30 g
Dried Coconut: 30 g
Walnuts: 40 g
Almonds: 80 g
Oatmeal: 150 g
Caster Sugar: 80 g
Egg Whites: 2
Salt: a pinch
