On 6/12/24, officer Minnehan, with the Des Moines Police Department, Saw 2 cars parked in a high shooting area that you are not allowed to park at after 11, and asks them to leave. Upon Leaving the Area, the officer Starts driving behind the white car and notices that they do not have their lights turned on and decides to Conduct a traffic stop after she failed to turn on her headlights.

When the first officer arrives to talk with the car his bodycam audio is not activated. The Real place you want to focus your attention is the man in the back seat. The man in the backseat is DONTRE ENGLISH LEWIS. a 26 year old male known for attempting to fight and elude officers the other times he was arrested in Iowa.
