One Team One Fight

Cpt. Daniel Karakas and 1st Lt. Loretta Sanders, registered nurses with the Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-531, work hand-in-hand with their civilian counterparts at the Marshfield Medical Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, in the fight against COVID-19.
