I found this overgrown lawn and knocked on the door but almost immediately knew it was vacant from the smell that was coming from the inside. So, I spoke with the next door neighbor and he told the me homeowner passed away on the front porch a few years ago. He wasn’t sure the cause but since then, nobody takes care of the home. There were a lot of back taxes on it and the city only sends someone out to cut it 1 time a year so I thought I would get it back into shape for the neighborhood.
