Stalled Driver SLAMMED on Camera (2 Angles)

MINNEAPOLIS: Crews are on scene after this driver apparently stalled on eastbound Interstate 94 near Hiawatha Avenue and was rear-ended by another driver. The crash happened just before 8 p.m. and three lanes of traffic are blocked as of publication while the crash is cleared. The extent of injuries is not yet available.
