That is, the election is redone if the missed req's add up to enough votes that you can't say who won. I think this was in the 2022 midterms. State Supreme Court rulings are only binding in that state, in this case Louisiana, but they can be cited all over. The laws are slowly changing, this is part of the elections moving in the right way, that's happening. Don't get blackpilled because it doesn't solve itself overnight.
