ANGRY neighbor has had ENOUGH of the homeowner ruining the look of the neighborhood

I knocked on this door with no answer, so I thought I would go ahead and get the grass mowed down because it was so long. Right when I was getting started the next door neighbor came over to talk. She told me that nobody has lived here in the 9 years that she’s been next door. The owners used to hire a younger kid to come mow but he hasn’t been by at all this year and the yard is getting out of control. Rodents have been becoming infested in the yard and affecting all of the neighbors around. So I got the whole yard cleaned up for the neighborhood, the curbs and sidewalks edged, and everything looking amazing again!
