Closing Arguments Begin in Daniel Penny Show Trial

Closing arguments began Monday in the Daniel Penny "Chokehold" trial over the May 2023 death of Jordan Neely, a deranged man who threatened subway passengers.

Defense attorney Steven Raiser asked jurors in closing arguments to imagine they were on the train that day, setting the scene with sound effects of closing doors, a train pulling out of a station, and police body camera footage of passengers saying Neely "scared the living daylights out of everybody."
