He BAITED Cops into a Deadly Park Ambush

Wisconsin police officers were called to a domestic disturbance where shots were fired. Investigators learned the suspect, Timothy Burgess, had gotten into an argument with his wife and fired several shots at her, though she was uninjured. Just before midnight, Racine officers spotted Burgess' green Range Rover and tried to pull him over. He instead ran from police and ended up at Clayton Park, hiding in a patch of thick brush and trees.
