Jan 6 Girl Randomly instigates w/ cops and pepper balled

Notice the girl randomly instigates with the cops who are just standing there. Then the cops fire a pepper ball AT THEIR OWN COP frens. Makes no sense. The munitions and chemicals were being used on cops & protestors in an attempt to incite both sides.
