60-Minute Total Body Conditioning Workout with Complete Stretch Series
This total body interval-style workout is designed to target all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make you feel the muscular burn! In addition to the 45 minutes of work, we will conclude with a full 15 minutes of stretching on the mat.
I am using 10 and 24 lb dumbbells, a mini-band, and a yoga mat in today's program. However, you don't need to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional and prescribed jumping can always be modified for low to no impact.
