In Purcellville, Virginia, Catoctin Creek revives the tradition of rye whiskey as Loudoun County’s first legal distillery since Prohibition. Founded in 2009 by Scott and Becky Harris, they craft their flagship Roundstone Rye using 100% organic grains from local farms.
