Also, in case you didn't know this, the Federal government owns 5% of Air Canada shares. This may not seem like a lot, but in fact it is significant. For one to own 5% of shares in one entity gives a lot of authority and this is exactly the trick that Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street do with their investments.
