1 John 2:23 states “Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.”

In this era, whosoever has denied Jesus, does not have the Father.

The main message of 1 John speaks of the central importance of the incarnation of Jesus.
The author of 1 John warns his fellow Jews to combat false ideas & lies that would lead one astray.

Without Jesus they do not have the Father, and cannot remain in covenant with God.

There is a False Israel posing as the True.
It is vital to use the scriptures to determine the True from the False.

Jesus is the VINE, He is the True Israel.
It is only upon receiving and abiding in Him, that we may enter into covenant with the Father.
