Blinken calls for Ukraine to start drafting 18-year-olds

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Reuters he has urged Ukraine to lower its mobilization age from 25 to 18, citing the need for ever more manpower on the front lines against Russia. NATO has promised to provide training and equipment for these new, willing recruits.
