• Three key efforts we should make
• Remember them with the phrase “Be a M.A.N.”
• Morning – give time to God in the morning
• Active – be active in charity and not slothful
• No – say no to yourself – regarding not only sinful things, but also by the practice of offering up licit goods for the good of souls
