The ATF Had to NERF This Shotgun!

Omer takes the tried and true Mod. 2 version of the Beretta 1301 Tactical to the range to demonstrate its capabilities. The ATF has recently banned the importation of the Beretta 1301 in it's 7+1 configuration, possibly due to violation of section 922R. In response, Beretta will be releasing a compliant 5+1 variation soon as the "Beretta 1301 Tactical C". As of this moment, 1301 models that are already owned in the United States will not be affected by this move.
